UpsellOS

UpsellOS is a retail intelligence tool designed for licensed cannabis dispensaries using Dutchie POS. The extension provides real-time product recommendations, suggested upsells, and conversational sales scripts directly within the Dutchie point-of-sale workflow. UpsellOS helps dispensary teams: - Identify complementary products and relevant upsell opportunities. - Recognize applicable promotions and daily deals. - Improve consistency in employee sales recommendations. - Track recommendation activity and performance. - Give managers visibility into sales opportunities across registers and locations. UpsellOS works alongside the existing Dutchie POS system without replacing it. A registered UpsellOS business account is required. Each register must be connected to an authorized business and location through the UpsellOS Manager Console. UpsellOS is intended for authorized employees of licensed dispensaries. It does not sell cannabis, process cannabis purchases, or provide a consumer marketplace.
