About Upcase: WooCommerce customers and ClickUp cases
Upcase puts your WooCommerce customers, their orders and their ClickUp cases in Chrome's side panel, next to whatever you're working in. Built for shops that handle customer support in Gmail or WhatsApp Web and track it in ClickUp.
IN GMAIL
Open an email and Upcase shows who sent it: their account, order count and spend, the latest order with its tracking, and every open case. Open a ClickUp case that quotes the email, or attach the whole thread as a file. Link the conversation to an order so the next person sees it.
IN WHATSAPP WEB
Open a chat and Upcase finds the customer from their phone number, however it was typed on the order. Link the chat, quote its messages into a case, and reship an order without leaving WhatsApp. Group chats are left alone, and Upcase never sends anything.
BESIDE YOUR ORDERS
Next to WooCommerce's orders list, see every open case on an order with its status and assignee, and go straight to the order. On any order, see its customer and their other cases.
ANYWHERE
Look anyone up by email address or order number, or select one on any page and right-click "Look up in Upcase".
WHAT YOU NEED
• The Upcase plugin on your WooCommerce shop, with a Pro licence (getupcase.com). A 14-day free trial is available.
• Your personal sidebar link from your WordPress profile (Users → Profile → Upcase sidebar).
• Your shop's admin decides which sites the extension may follow (Gmail, WhatsApp Web).
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Upcase talks only to your own shop. It reads the email or chat that's open, and only on the sites your shop allows and you switch on; it reads nothing on other sites. Nothing goes to us, and nothing is sold or shared.
MORE THAN A SIDE PANEL
The extension is part of Upcase Pro, which also brings the same panel into Missive, cases the shop opens by itself (refunds, failed payments, orders stuck on hold) and ClickUp statuses that act on orders. See everything it does, and start a 14-day free trial, at getupcase.com.
