The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Universal LUFS Monitor
This extension is a developer tool designed to analyze the audio loudness (LUFS) of web-based games and multimedia applications.
Reason for <all_urls>:
1. Dynamic Hosting Environments: Web games are often hosted on unpredictable domains, including dynamic cloud URLs, internal staging servers (localhost, 192.168.x.x), or third-party game portals. We cannot pre-define a specific list of domains.
2. AudioContext Injection: To measure audio levels, the extension must inject a content script to attach an AnalyzerNode to the page's AudioContext. This must happen on whichever page the game is running.
Privacy Note:
- This extension DOES NOT collect, store, or transmit any user browsing history or personal data.
- It strictly interacts only with the Web Audio API objects to calculate mathematical RMS values locally within the browser.
