The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Universal Discourse Highlighter

Discourse Moderator Highlighter In a Discourse community forum, it can be really hard to spot important posts from Moderators because they look exactly like regular member posts, with the same background color. This simple script changes the background color of Moderator posts to a subtle dark red with white text, making them stand out immediately as you scroll through long threads! It is 100% safe, runs locally in your browser, and does not affect your Discourse account.
