Go to Profile → Friends → Following, then open the extension and click Scan. Choose how many profiles you want to process, select a speed, and start your cleanup. The extension tracks progress as it works and can resume an interrupted session. If the extension cannot detect profiles, make sure you are on the Following page and refresh Facebook before scanning again.
