Umbral — Focus Mode: Site & Feed Blocker

Everything the paywalled blockers charge for. Free, unlimited, and 100% private. Popular blockers give you 3 free sites and then ask for $60+/year — while collecting your browsing history. Umbral is the focus tool built the opposite way: unlimited, free forever, and architecturally unable to spy on you. 🛡 Block unlimited sites — one click from the toolbar, or manage your list in settings ⏰ Schedules — block only during work hours, or always 🍅 Focus sessions — 25/50/90-minute sprints with a countdown badge that ignore the schedule 🧹 Feed cleaning — hide the endless scroll on a social site while everything else keeps working, so you can still use search, messages or job listings without falling into the feed 💬 A kinder block page — a quote, your own motivational message, and how long is left Feed cleaning covers six major social networks. You switch each one on individually in settings, and the options page lists exactly what gets hidden on each. Why Umbral is different • No account, no cloud, no telemetry — all your settings stay on your device • No paywall: every feature is free (the block page, schedules, everything) • Minimal permissions — no "read all your data on all websites" • Open source: privacy you can verify, not just believe
