Learn a language from the pages you already read: news, Wikipedia, blogs. Double-click a word on a page in French, English, Spanish or German, and a card opens next to it: - the translation into your language - the part of speech and the dictionary form of the word - an example sentence - the pronunciation Select a phrase or a whole sentence and click the small button next to it to see the translation. Save a word in one click. It lands in your typereader dictionary next to the words from your books and audiobooks, so you can review it later or export it to Anki. To get started: - Install the extension. typereader.org opens once and connects your account, or a guest account if you don't have one yet. - Read as usual and double-click any word you don't know. - Use the extension button to turn it off on sites where you don't need it. Only the word you click, with its sentence so the right meaning is picked, or the text you select is sent to typereader for translation. The extension doesn't send the rest of the page or your browsing history. Translations into English, French, Russian, German, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian.
