The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Twitter GIFs fullscreener
People who use X(twitter) from a desktop browser have certainly noticed that tweets containing GIFs cannot be switched to full screen mode. It gets awkward when artists publish their art in this format (because it avoids over-compression).
This extension allows you to view such posts in full screen mode.
