TwitchFavourites

TwitchFavourites lets you pin the streamers you actually care about to the top of your Twitch sidebar — so you never miss them in a crowded follow list. 0.2.8 — Added "Always play streams at highest quality" toggle. 🎮 NEW in v0.2.0 • Group sidebar streamers by what they're playing (live). • Games with 4+ streamers get their own collapsible section. • Sorted by viewer count, refreshes every minute. ⭐ CORE — works without login • One-click favourite — hover any streamer in the followed sidebar and click the star. • Favourite button under any channel page, right next to Follow. • Custom "Favourites" section pinned above the rest of the sidebar. • Settings panel with developer mode, export/import. • Syncs across Chrome via your Google account. 🔴 LIVE STATUS — requires connecting your Twitch account • Live badge on the toolbar icon — instantly see how many favourites are live. • Desktop notifications when a favourite goes live (toggle on/off). • Popup with all live favourites + one-click "Watch now". 💡 TIP: Pin TwitchFavourites to Chrome's toolbar (puzzle icon → pin) so the live count badge stays visible while you browse. 🔒 PRIVACY • Connects to Twitch via official OAuth. • Only requests the user:read:follows scope. • No analytics, no tracking, no third-party servers. • All data stored locally / chrome.storage.sync. No ads. No upsells. v0.2.4 — Fix: Favourites now own dropdown above Followed Channels. Offline group no longer leaks Recommended channels. Show More no longer flickers.
