The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Twitch Chat Welcome Message Remover

When using an unstable connection or some VPNs, twitch's chat service will reconnect, triggering a new "Welcome to the chat!" message each time. This can result in welcome message spam in the chat. This plugin hides these messages as they appear.
