The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Tuck
Too many tabs? Tuck keeps them under control.
Tuck does two things, and does them well:
Snooze tabs for later
Click the Tuck icon, pick a time — later today, tomorrow, next week — or type one in plain language ("Friday 9am", "in 3 hours"). The tab closes and reopens exactly when you said. Add an optional note so you remember why you saved it.
Auto-close idle tabs
Tabs you haven't looked at in a while quietly close themselves and move to a saved list. One click to bring any of them back. Pinned tabs, grouped tabs, and whitelisted domains are always protected.
Nothing is lost
Every tab Tuck closes — snoozed or auto-closed — is saved with its title, URL, and favicon. Your browser often preserves scroll position and form data too.
Nothing leaves your browser
No account, no cloud sync, no tracking, no data collection. Everything stays on your device.
Stays out of the way
No dashboards, notifications, or daily digests. Tuck runs quietly in the background. You'll forget it's there — until you need it.
Free forever.
What's new in 1.3.0
• Make the four snooze presets your own: hover one, click the pen, type "in 2 days" or "next friday 9am". They sync across your devices.
• Snoozed tabs come back exactly once. If one comes back while you're away, it stays quiet and unloaded until you open it.
• Sync rebuilt: your other devices' snoozed tabs show as a read-only list you can copy from, and nothing gets lost when devices disagree.
• Shortcut change: Ctrl+Shift+3 is now the third preset (Weekend), Ctrl+Shift+4 the fourth (Next week). Assign it once at chrome://extensions/shortcuts.
• Plus: a confirmation before a shorter auto-close threshold closes tabs, smarter protected domains, and click-to-restore in Auto-closed.
