About TSHEALTH
Recovering from rhinoplasty takes longer than most people expect, and the
questions arrive in waves. When does the splint come off? Is this much swelling
normal at week three? When can I go back to the gym, wear glasses, or fly?
This extension gives you a private place to keep track of it. You enter your
surgery date once and it builds a personal timeline from there: what to expect
each week, when your follow-up milestones fall, and reminders for the small
daily care tasks that are easy to forget in the first month.
What it does
- Builds a recovery timeline from your surgery date, from day one to month twelve
- Daily swelling and comfort log, so you can see the trend instead of judging by
one bad morning
- Reminders you set yourself for saline rinses, taping, sleeping position and
medication times
- Notes for each follow-up appointment, kept in one place
- A short explanation of what is typical at each stage, and which symptoms are
worth calling your surgeon about
Who made it
TSHEALTH is an appointment-based clinic in Nişantaşı, Istanbul. Op. Dr. Selman
Taşkın, Specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, wrote the
clinical content behind the timeline. You do not need to be our patient to use
the extension, and it works the same either way. There is no account and nothing
to buy.
Privacy
Everything you enter stays in your browser. We do not collect it and there is no
sign-up.
Please note
This extension provides general information, not medical advice, and does not
replace examination or follow-up by your own surgeon. Recovery differs from
person to person. If something concerns you, contact the surgeon who operated
on you.
