Translator for Twitch

Translator for Twitch translates your own Twitch messages from Spanish into the language you configure for each streamer, right before they are sent. You type in Spanish, press Enter, and the message goes out translated. How it works • Set a language per channel (English, Español, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Português, 日本語, 한국어, 中文, Nederlands, Polski, or a custom code). • Auto mode: when you open a channel it detects the stream language and uses it automatically. • Glossary: define your own mappings (vamos a ver → let's see), global or per channel, so the translation sounds natural instead of literal. • Shortcuts: Enter translates and sends; Shift+Enter translates and leaves the text in the box without sending; Ctrl/Cmd+Enter sends without translating. • Commands starting with / (e.g. /me) are left untouched. Privacy first • It never translates incoming chat and never touches other users' messages. • Your API key and per-channel languages are stored only in your browser (chrome.storage.local). • Texts are sent solely to the **AI provider you choose** to fetch the translation. No analytics, no telemetry, no data selling. Requirements • An API key from any of the supported AI providers (the popup links to each provider's API-key page). • Chrome 114+.
