The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Translate Bar: Google Translate Sidebar
Translate Bar - Google Translate Sidebar & Selection Translator
Translate any text you select, or the entire page, using Google Translate - shown instantly in a clean sidebar, or opened in a new tab or new window. No copy-pasting into translate.google.com, no switching tabs to read a translation.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Select any text on a webpage. A small floating "Translate" button appears next to your selection.
2. Click the button (or right-click and choose "Translate with Google Translate") to instantly translate the selected text.
3. The translation appears in a slide-in sidebar on the right side of the page - showing both the original text and the translation, side by side with the page you're reading.
4. Click the side handle anytime to reopen the sidebar and see your last translation again.
5. Need to translate the whole page? Use the keyboard shortcut or the toolbar popup to open Google Translate for the current page in a new tab or window.
