Trailhead

Project Trailhead: Solving Information Fragmentation Trailhead is an associative browser extension designed to mitigate "tab fatigue" for information workers and researchers. Unlike traditional citation managers that only store the "end result," Trailhead captures the process of research. Core Innovation: By leveraging a local NLP-driven associative search index, the tool simulates human memory patterns. Every entry—whether a snippet, a LaTeX formula, or a screenshot—is automatically tagged and indexed via entity extraction. This creates a "mental map" of discovery, allowing users to navigate complex, multi-source projects through a topic-centered graph view. Privacy-First Engineering: Built with a "Local-First" architecture using IndexedDB, all data, indexing, and processing stay on your machine. Trailhead provides the power of a modern search engine with the privacy of a local notebook.
