Tradvela AI Translator brings AI translation into WhatsApp Web, so you can chat with overseas customers in their language — no more copying text into a separate translator. KEY FEATURES • Auto-translate incoming messages: the translation appears under each customer message, and the original stays for reference. • A translate button on every message: translate any message on demand, including your own, and show or hide it with one click. • Enter to translate: type in your own language and press Enter to replace it with the customer's language; press Enter again to send. The extension never sends anything for you. • Formal or friendly tone for your replies. • Remembers each customer's language: detected automatically, with a default from the phone country code, and shared with your team. • Customer's country and local time in the chat header, so you reach out at a reasonable hour. • Free local translation: when your AI quota runs out, switch to Chrome's built-in on-device translation (Chrome 138 or later). The text never leaves your computer. • Team glossary: product names, models and company names always use your fixed translations, shared across your team. HOW TO START 1. Install the extension. 2. Create a free Tradvela account at tradvela.com, or sign in. 3. Generate a pairing code under Trade Assistant → WA-AI Translator and enter it in the extension. You never enter a password in the extension. 4. Open web.whatsapp.com and start chatting. PLANS The free plan includes a monthly AI translation allowance. Paid plans with more characters, team seats and devices are available at tradvela.com. Tradvela platform plans already include the translator. PRIVACY • Messages are sent to our server only to be translated and are never stored in our database or logs. • Contact phone numbers are used only in one-to-one chats to remember a contact's language, and are stored only as an irreversible hash. • The extension only reads text already shown on the page. It does not read your contact list or group members, does not access WhatsApp's local data, and never sends messages on your behalf.
