Expands the features and functionality of GSPN (Global Service Partner Network) pages. Service Order Management - S/O Detail page (edit mode): * Modify the list of available IRIS Symptom codes in order to keep the repair process in line with Samsung's IQC Compliance policy (IQC skip codes). * Monitor parts in S/O and display warnings if 'mandatory +1 SVC parts' have not been added to 'Level 2 Defect Type' repairs for particular models as specified in Samsung's service bulletins. * Modify the list of 'Defect Block' codes (remove redundant printer/computer related codes). * Suggest/select the correct Reason code to be used for 'Goods Delivered' Status according to current repair's Service Type and Sub Service Type. * Display S/O change log including all service comments. * Requested/estimated qty verification for Material Request Confirmation page (test).
