Tinnirelief — Tinnitus Sound Masking

Tinnitus — the persistent ringing, buzzing, or hissing in your ears — affects roughly 15% of adults. Most apps just play generic white noise. Tinnirelief goes further by tuning the masking sound to your specific tinnitus frequency. What makes Tinnirelief different: Tinnirelief uses notch therapy — a technique studied in audiology research — that removes your specific tinnitus frequency from the masking sound. The idea is that over weeks of consistent daily use, the auditory system learns to reduce its attention to the tinnitus signal. Web tools like tinnitusnotch.com offer this approach, but Tinnirelief brings it directly into your browser as an extension — start a session in one click, anytime, without leaving what you're working on. Core features (free, no account required): - Notch therapy — personalize the masking sound to your tinnitus frequency using the built-in 2-minute tone-matching tool - 3 masking sounds: white noise, brown noise, rain - 30 free minutes of listening per day - Daily session history tracking - Post-session tinnitus journal (Good day / Neutral / Rough day) — track patterns in your history calendar - Optional daily reminder notification (opt-in, configurable in Settings) What happens when the free 30 minutes is reached: The session fades out automatically. You can start again the next day, or upgrade to Premium for unlimited daily listening. Premium ($5.99/mo · $49/yr · $79 lifetime — pays for itself in under 2 years vs annual): - Unlimited daily listening time and sessions - All 7 sounds: white, brown, pink, rain, fan, ocean waves, stream - Sleep timer (fade out after 15–90 minutes) Premium users receive a license key by email — enter it once in the extension to unlock unlimited access.
