Tikxio Ticket Assistant

Tikxio Ticket Assistant lets you raise a Tikxio support ticket without leaving the page you're on. Open the side panel, and (with your permission) it captures a screenshot of the current tab and uses AI to draft the ticket for you — suggesting the department, subject, priority, request type, and the relevant department fields. You review and edit everything before submitting; nothing is sent without your confirmation. Features - One-click ticket drafting from a screenshot of the current page - AI-suggested department, priority, issue/request type, and dynamic department fields - Secure sign-in to your Tikxio account (no passwords stored in the extension) - Attach the screenshot and additional images/PDFs - Review-and-edit before every submission Requires a Tikxio account.
