The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Tiermaker Layout Fixer

Fixes Tiermaker's annoying default layout by putting the tierlist and the untiered items side-by-side instead of one above the other, and you can scroll through them independently. Now allows for adjusting the tierlist-to-untiered-list ratio with a super convenient drag bar, and also works for the alignment chart maker (mostly)!
