Thumbmark's - Visual Bookmarks

Disclaimer: Chrome may display a warning that this extension can “read and change your data on all websites.” This is standard wording shown for any extension that needs access to the current tab in order to function. Thumbmarks only uses these permissions to save, organize, and display your bookmarks, your browsing data is never collected, sold, or shared. Tired of endlessly scrolling to find that one specific detail on a page you visited last week? Or struggling to remember the exact visual context of a past research point? 🚀 What Thumbmarks Does: - Visual Snapshots: Save a full screenshot of the visible webpage by right clicking anywhere on the page, giving you an immediate visual cue for what you bookmarked. - Exact Scroll Recall: Thumbmarks remembers your exact scroll position (both X and Y coordinates), so you return to the precise section of the page you intended. - Effortless Saving: Quickly create a visual bookmark with a single click of the extension icon or a custom keyboard shortcut. - Personalized Collection: Build your own private library of visual bookmarks, perfectly organized and accessible right from your browser. - Seamless Experience: Designed for speed and ease of use, integrating smoothly into your browsing workflow. ✨ Why You Need Thumbmarks: - Eliminate Context Loss: Stop wasting time re-reading or re-scrolling. Thumbmarks ensures you always land exactly where you need to be, with the visual context intact. - Boost Productivity: Perfect for researchers, students, developers, or anyone who frequently references specific parts of long articles, documentation, or design mockups. - Private & Secure: Your bookmarks are securely stored, protected by Row-Level Security (RLS), ensuring only you have access to your saved content. - Anonymous First: Start saving immediately! Thumbmarks offers a seamless anonymous-first experience, letting you bookmark without needing to sign up initially. Your anonymous bookmarks can later be migrated if you choose to create an account(being added in 1.1). - Cross-Session Persistence: Your saved visual bookmarks and user session are securely stored locally, persisting across browser restarts and computer reboots, so your work is always there. - Thumbmarks is your personal visual memory for the web. Install now and take control of your browsing context! Please Note: Due to browser security restrictions on some sensitive websites (like banking or internal corporate pages), the scrolling and screenshot features may not function. This is a security measure of those websites and is outside of the extension's control.
