The Out Writer

"You can dance and write an essay at the same time." — Stevie, age 7. Written while spinning on a rolling chair. Every word hers. The Out Writer doesn't write for you. It asks one question at a time. You answer — talking, moving, thinking out loud. It assembles your answers into finished writing. Your words. Your voice. Your accomplishment. Built for minds that move — ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, executive dysfunction — and anyone whose thinking outruns their ability to line it up on paper. THE INTEGRITY LOG Every session records every question asked and every answer given. The finished writing traces back to the student's own spoken words — proof that the thinking was theirs. For parents. For teachers. For IEP teams. SEVEN TOOLS, ONE DOORWAY: Letter — guided, question by question, with your own signature applied. Essay — a Socratic engine that builds your argument through your own answers. Story — craft a story through guided questions that never write for you. Thought Capture — get an idea down fast, by voice or text. Read a Document — bring something in and work through it with guided questions. The Trellis — break a big task into one confirmable step at a time. Reckon — a math companion that walks you through the reasoning. Never gives the answer. VOICE-FIRST Speak your answers. The tool listens, captures, and builds — but never upgrades your voice. What comes out is what you put in. Works on school Chromebooks. Your work stays on your device. The friction is the cost. The accomplishment is the product. These minds aren't broken. Think out loud. The words stay yours.
