The MHP Pros — Crexi Import

The MHP Pros — Crexi Import brings Crexi mobile home park listings into MHP Pros in one click. What it does • Adds an “Import to MHP Pros” action on Crexi property listing pages • Uses your signed-in Crexi session (securely via cookies) so the server can scrape the listing • Collects listing photos, offering memorandum / documents when available, contacts, and location details • Opens the MHP Pros extract wizard with those files already seeded so you can review and create the deal Who it’s for Investors, brokers, and operators who underwrite MHPs and already use Crexi + MHP Pros. Skip manual downloads and retyping listing data. How to use 1. Install the extension and open it → Sign in with your MHP Pros account 2. Sign in to Crexi in Chrome (same browser profile) 3. Open a Crexi property listing (crexi.com/properties/…) 4. Click “Import to MHP Pros” → confirm 5. Finish in the MHP Pros extract wizard (Extract → review → create deal) Notes • You must be signed in to both Crexi and MHP Pros • Prepare usually takes about 1–2 minutes depending on photos/documents • Some listings may not expose an OM download; the wizard still gets page content and any captured files Privacy The extension only runs on Crexi listing pages and the MHP Pros auth/app domains. It forwards the listing URL and Crexi cookies to the MHP Pros API so the listing can be prepared for your account. We don’t sell your data. See the privacy policy linked in the store listing.
