The Ick - Recent Follow Tracker for Instagram

The Ick 👀: catch who they follow next. That random new follow? The ex who's suddenly back around? You'll catch it. Start tracking any Instagram profile and The Ick watches for every new follower and following from that moment on. Newest first, so the latest activity sits right at the top. Open a profile, tap Start tracking, and it keeps watch in the background. Every new follow after that lands in your feed. • Catch who they follow next: new follows, newest first • Tracks new followers AND new following • Auto-checks in the background, so track as many profiles as you like • Clean cards: display name, @handle, verified ✔ + private badges • Tap anyone to open their profile • Works on public profiles + private accounts you follow ℹ️ Catches follows going forward, not backward: the first sync sets your baseline (it's not shown as "new"), then every new follow stacks up from there. 🔒 Uses YOUR own login. No password, no scraping. It all stays on your device. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. "Instagram" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
