The call log shows all the calls made within the authorized extension, the direction of the call (incoming/outgoing), its time and duration. You can download the recording, listen to the conversation, translate it into text, put down a tag, as well as make a call or send an SMS to the subscriber's number. 🟠 Analysis of conversations using AI. You can analyze any recorded call using artificial intelligence. The AI assistant allows you to evaluate the conversation and make recommendations for improving the quality of the consultation, and can also prepare a draft letter protocol based on the results of the communication.
