The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Tansi

This extension provides you with the super powers of editing the styles of page. Think of the last time you had to inspect a page just to increase the font size of some element, but then you accidentally refreshed the page and lost all your changes. This extension not only allows you to edit the styles of a website but it also preserves it and carries it across all the pages in the website.
