Talko Copilot

Talko Copilot puts your Talko AI inbox and customer data into every tab, so you can answer a customer, look up who they are, and even take payment without leaving the page you're on. Requires a Talko AI account (thetalko.in) — start a free trial, create an API key in Settings, and paste it into the extension once. ── ONE INBOX, IN A SIDE PANEL ── • See your WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and website chats in one list, split by channel with live counts • Filter the way you do in the portal: Needs reply, Escalated, Human, or search by name or number • A badge on the toolbar icon tells you how many people are waiting for a reply • Reply on any channel — each message goes out through that platform's official API • Draft a reply with AI, grounded in your own knowledge base, then edit before sending • One-tap quick replies, and your approved WhatsApp templates when the 24-hour window has closed ── KNOW WHO YOU'RE TALKING TO ── • Every chat opens with the customer's order count, lifetime spend, last order and lead source • Add tags, save a private note, or move them along your sales pipeline right from the conversation • Search your whole contact book to message a past customer, not just people who wrote to you first ── SELL IN THE CHAT ── • Search your product catalog and send a product with its photo, price and link • Build a cart and generate a payment link, ready to send • Every order lands in your Talko orders list ── CAPTURE LEADS FROM ANYWHERE ── • Highlight a name and phone number on any page and click "Add to Talko" • Or right-click the selection, or press Alt+Shift+L • Leads are saved with the page they came from, so you always know the source • Turn any number into a WhatsApp click-to-chat link or a printable QR code ── DRAFT PUBLIC REPLIES ── • On YouTube or your Google Business Profile, highlight a comment or review and get an AI-drafted reply to review and post yourself ── BUILT TO KEEP YOUR ACCOUNTS SAFE ── • Official APIs only — WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram Messaging, Facebook Pages. No unofficial clients and no browser automation, which is what gets business accounts banned • Respects each platform's messaging rules, including WhatsApp's 24-hour window, approved templates and opt-outs • No scraping. The extension reads only text you highlight yourself, never page content in the background • Your data goes only to your own Talko workspace over HTTPS, never to us or any third party • Nothing is captured, drafted or sent without your click ── GET STARTED ── 1.
