Talknudge helps freelancers, consultants, and other client-facing professionals follow client calls, respond with confidence, and turn every conversation into organized follow-up work. During a user-started Google Meet or Zoom session, it shows a live transcript of both sides, a translation in the language you read, and concise AI-assisted reply suggestions in the language you reply in. FEATURES • Transcribes the remote participant and your microphone during Live Assist, in 11 spoken languages with automatic detection • Translates client speech into any of 12 languages: English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic, Dutch, Turkish, Japanese or Bangla • Suggests a concise reply in the language you choose when the client asks a question, using the current conversation and optional client context • Prepares opening lines, discovery questions, and closing lines at the start of each meeting • Keeps both sides of the conversation clearly separated • Shows the remote participant's Google Meet or Zoom display name in the live panel when available • Saves transcripts, translations, suggestions, summaries, and searchable meeting history to your signed-in dashboard • Turns AI-extracted or manually entered commitments into action items with owner, due date, priority, status, and source-meeting links • Builds an editable client memory of goals, requirements, decisions, stakeholders, technology, follow-ups, and notes • Generates reviewable follow-up email drafts in any of the 12 languages, with selectable tone and length • Shares a read-only meeting summary link that expires after 7, 30 or 90 days; the transcript is never shared • Searches every saved meeting, summary and transcript • Provides a private weekly review of recent meeting outcomes, active clients, completed work, upcoming or overdue actions, and reconnect reminders, with an optional weekly email • Exports transcripts as TXT, Markdown, or print-ready PDF • Shows the dashboard and the extension in English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi or Bangla FREE PLAN 5 meetings of up to 30 minutes each and 5 AI credits per month, resetting at midnight UTC on the 1st. A meeting that reaches 30 minutes, or has 5 minutes without speech, is saved and ended automatically. Replies are suggested for client questions, talking points are prepared at the start of each meeting, and meetings of 2 minutes or longer are summarized automatically. The free plan also has a shared daily capacity. Starting a meeting uses no AI credits; an AI-generated follow-up email, regenerated summary, or Ask Talknudge answer uses 1 credit each. HOW TO USE 1. Install Talknudge and open the dashboard. 2. Create an account, verify your email, and sign in. 3. Open a Google Meet or Zoom meeting. 4. Open the Talknudge popup, review the data notice, confirm that participants have been informed, and select Begin Live Assist. 5. End Live Assist when the meeting is finished, then review the saved transcript, action items, client memory, and follow-up draft in the dashboard. PRIVACY Live Assist starts only after the user takes an explicit action and confirms the participant notice. While it is active, meeting audio is securely transmitted to the Talknudge backend and configured speech, translation, and AI providers to deliver the requested features. Raw audio is not intentionally retained after live processing. Saved transcripts, translations, suggestions, summaries, action items, client memories, follow-up drafts, client details, meeting metadata, and settings remain in the signed-in account until the user deletes the relevant item, meeting, or client, or requests account-data deletion. Weekly reviews are generated on demand from saved account records. A weekly review email is sent only to users who turn it on and contains totals and a dashboard link, never client names, task details or transcript text. Talknudge does not sell user data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness. Use Talknudge only after informing meeting participants and in accordance with applicable law.
