About TalentStream TikTok LIVE Lead Capture

TalentStream is the lead-capture and CRM companion for TikTok LIVE Creator Network recruiters. Scouting live talent usually means copying usernames by hand, switching tabs, and losing track of who you already contacted. TalentStream turns that into one click. WHAT IT DOES - Capture from the public feed: while you browse tiktok.com/live, creators you already track show a live status pill. Opening a creator's LIVE adds them to your agency pipeline by their public @handle. - Sync eligibility from Backstage: when you open live-backstage.tiktok.com, TalentStream reads the eligibility result you generate and syncs the status (Eligible, Claimed, Ineligible) back to your CRM, so your whole team sees the latest state. - Team CRM pipeline: manage leads on a shared Kanban board, assign them to recruiters, add notes, and track follow-ups from the TalentStream dashboard. COMPLIANCE BY DESIGN - Reads only public information (the creator's @handle) and the results you generate yourself in Backstage. - No auto-scanning and no background crawling. A creator is captured only when you deliberately open their LIVE. - Never touches TikTok's internal APIs and never intercepts security tokens. WHO IT IS FOR Agencies and recruiters in the TikTok LIVE Creator Network who want a faster scouting workflow and a shared pipeline instead of spreadsheets. GETTING STARTED 1.
