TalentDesk AI

TalentDesk helps recruiters instantly see how well a LinkedIn candidate fits their open roles — without leaving the profile page. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add your open roles in the TalentDesk Job Manager (title, required skills, experience, compensation, location, and more). 2. Browse to any candidate's profile on LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter. 3. TalentDesk opens a sidebar automatically and scores the candidate against every saved role using AI — sorted into strong, partial, and no matches. WHAT YOU GET • Instant match scoring against all your open roles, no manual comparison • Clear breakdown of what matches and what's missing for each role • Distance from the candidate to the job location, color-coded at a glance • Ready-to-send outreach message drafts for strong matches • A persistent sidebar that collapses out of the way until you need it WHO IT'S FOR Recruiters and hiring teams who source candidates on LinkedIn and want to cut down the time spent manually re-reading job requirements for every profile they open. TalentDesk requires an account and an active subscription to use. Visit the Job Manager to set up your roles and start your subscription.
