About Tadabbur - Reflect on the Quran
Tadabbur turns every new tab into a moment of Quranic reflection: : read an ayah and tafsir, answer a prompt, and keep a personal journal.
The word "tadabbur" (تدبّر) means to ponder deeply — as in Surah Muhammad 47:24:
"Then do they not reflect upon the Quran?"

WHAT YOU GET WITH EVERY NEW TAB
• The ayah in full Arabic script (Amiri typeface)
• English translation
• An excerpt from Ibn Kathir's classical tafsir
• A short AI-assisted commentary on the verse's meaning today
• A reflection question to sit with
• A full-screen nature photograph paired to the verse

NEW IN 1.1.0 — MY JOURNAL
Reading is only half of tadabbur. Now you can respond.
• Write a reflection — open a personal editor under any ayah, with the verse in view while you write. Every entry autosaves in your Chrome profile.
• Write freely — not every thought belongs to a verse. The journal's Write tab holds personal notes about anything: a du'a, a moment from your day, something you noticed.
• As many entries as you need — each writing session becomes its own dated entry, on the same ayah or across many.
• Entries — browse a compact, newest-first list, search by verse or your own words, expand an entry for its full ayah context, and edit or delete it.
• Recent reflections — a quiet seven-day view of the days you wrote. No streaks, no guilt. Just a rhythm to notice.
• Data — download a readable Markdown copy, create or restore a JSON backup, or delete your journal data.
