The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Tabrail: Tab Workspaces
Give every project its own space.
Tabrail organises your tabs into named workspaces, each connected to its own normal Chrome window. Switch projects, find the tab you need and keep related pages together from a clean side panel.
YOUR WORK, ORGANISED
• Create workspaces for projects, research, study or everyday browsing.
• Choose a name, colour and icon for each workspace.
• Switch to a workspace's Chrome window from the workspace rail.
• Search the selected workspace's tabs by title or website address.
• Select a tab to bring it into view, or move it to another workspace.
• Rename and reorder workspaces as your priorities change.
SAVE AND RETURN
Tabrail saves workspace details and ordered tab URL snapshots on your device. When a workspace window closes, you can choose Restore to reopen its saved web pages. Export a JSON backup and import it when needed.
LOCAL BY DESIGN
No account is required. Tabrail has no analytics or advertising SDK and does not send your workspace or browsing data to a Tabrail server. It reads tab titles and URLs to display, search and manage your workspaces, and stores workspace records locally. Exported backups contain tab URLs, so keep them private.
SIMPLE TO START
Open Tabrail from Chrome's toolbar and choose Use this window to connect your current window. Create another workspace whenever you need a separate space for a different task.
PERMISSIONS
• Tabs: read tab titles and URLs for workspace lists, search and saved snapshots.
• Storage: save workspace settings, snapshots and temporary session mappings.
• Side panel: display the workspace interface beside your pages.
• Favicon: show website icons through Chrome's built-in favicon service.
PLEASE NOTE
Each workspace uses a separate Chrome window within your current browser profile. Tabrail does not provide separate website logins, cloud sync or automatic tab suspension. Restoring URLs does not recover unsaved forms or full page state. Internal Chrome pages and local files are skipped during restore. Incognito windows are not supported. Export a backup before uninstalling.
