TabFlock

Never lose a tab group again. Chrome finally has native tab groups — but when your session is gone, so are your groups. Most session managers restore your tabs as a flat, ungrouped list. TabFlock restores everything exactly as it was: groups with their names, colors and collapsed state, tab order, pinned tabs, and the tab you were on. WHAT TABFLOCK DOES ✔ One-click snapshot of all windows, tabs and tab groups ✔ Exact restore — groups come back with their original names and colors ✔ Automatic backups every few minutes, so a crash never costs you your session ✔ Recovery prompt after browser restart ✔ Restore a whole session, a single group, or a single tab ✔ Search across all saved snapshots by title or URL ✔ Export and import your data as JSON any time — no lock-in PRIVATE BY DESIGN TabFlock never reads the content of your pages. It only works with tab metadata: titles, URLs and group properties. Everything is stored locally in your browser. No account, no cloud, no tracking, no analytics. WHO IT'S FOR Researchers, developers, students, and anyone who lives in 40+ tabs organized into groups — and wants them back after a restart, a crash, or a Monday morning. LIGHTWEIGHT AND MINIMAL TabFlock requests only the minimum permissions needed to manage tabs (tabs, tabGroups, storage, alarms). No access to page content, no content scripts, no "read data on all websites."
