Tab Vault — Session Manager

Tab Vault saves your open tabs as named "sessions" you can search, tag, reopen and keep in sync across devices — built around the complaints people have about older tab managers: lost data, dated interfaces, and unreliable sync. WON'T LOSE YOUR DATA • Every change is snapshotted — per-session version history with one-key Undo. • Deleting a session moves it to a Trash kept for 30 days before purge. • Rolling local backups are written after every save and once a day. • One-click export / import of everything as a single JSON file. MODERN, FAST INTERFACE • Instant multi-word search across titles, tags, tab titles and URLs. • Tags with a filter bar to organise sessions by project. • Sort by newest, oldest, recently changed, title or tab count. • Keyboard-first: "/" search, "n" save window, arrows navigate, Enter reopen, Delete to trash, Ctrl/Cmd+Z undo. • Clean light and dark themes. SYNC ACROSS DEVICES — YOUR SERVER, YOUR RULES • Create an account and sync sessions between all your computers. • Optional end-to-end encryption: titles, tags and tab lists are encrypted with AES-GCM in your browser before upload; the passphrase never leaves your device and the server only stores ciphertext. • Last-write-wins merge; syncs every few minutes, after every save, and on demand. PULL TABS FROM YOUR PHONE • "Other devices" reads tabs open in Chrome on your other synced devices so you can save or reopen them on your computer. NO TRACKING • No analytics, no third-party scripts, no ads.
