About Tab Silence: New Tab Blocker

Tab Silence: New Tab Blocker gives you control over websites that try to open unwanted new tabs. Built for people who want a quieter, safer browsing experience. Blocking is off by default. Turn it on only for the websites where you want protection, and Tab Silence will remember that setting per website on your browser. It also helps reduce tracking and data leakage from those popup attempts. Features: - Per-website toggle, saved locally in your browser - Detects when a website has tried to auto-open new tabs - Shows clear site status in the popup - Tracks lifetime 2nd-layer blocks per website - Local-only storage with no remote server No data collected. Lifetime free.
