The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Tab Session Saver

Tab Session Saver helps you keep sets of tabs organized. Save all tabs in the current window as a named session, then restore that session later with one click. Use it for: - Work sessions - Research groups - Shopping comparisons - Project tabs - Reading lists - Temporary tab cleanup Saved sessions are stored locally in Chrome extension storage. The extension does not upload your tab sessions to any server.
