The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Tab Manager

Simple Tab Manager heavily based on the tutorial from Google (https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/get-started/tutorial/popup-tabs-manager) to allow you to export tabs you have open to a JSON and import those tabs to re-open a subset of them. Downloads the JSON session of tabs to the directory "~/Downloads/Tab Manager JSONs" Feel free to open a PR to edit/contribute: https://github.com/gajavegr/Tab-Manager
