The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Tab Handoff

Tab Handoff is a simple extension that allows you to restore and carry over your Chrome tabs from another device where you are signed in and sync is on. • View open and most recent tabs from every device where Chrome sync is on, even if the tabs are closed: laptop, desktop, phone, or any other device. • One-click restore of an entire Chrome window or multiple Chrome windows from another device to the device you are currently on. • Open a single tab by just clicking its title, or Ctrl/Cmd+clicking to open in a new tab. • Matches light or dark mode. • No accounts, no third-party data, no cost: Tab Handoff leverages Chrome's built-in sync and can never access or view your data.
