Post your bank statement into TallyPrime without making an XML file and without opening Tally's Import Data screen. HOW IT WORKS 1. Download the Excel or CSV statement your bank already gives you. 2. Open the extension. It finds the header row on its own - no template to pick, no bank to select. 3. Check every row: edit the narration, assign the ledger, skip anything you do not want. Rows that share a party - every payment to one supplier, say - can be found with a search and given one ledger together. 4. Check the confirmation before anything is written: the company name, the number of Receipt, Payment and Contra vouchers, and the debit and credit totals. 5. Click Post. The entries appear in the TallyPrime company you have open. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR COMPUTER The extension talks to the TallyPrime running on your own machine. Your statement is never uploaded to a website, and there is no account to create. Look at the permissions Chrome shows you before you install: this one can reach Tally on your own computer, plus our licence server for a once-a-day check that carries an install ID and a timestamp - never a narration, an amount or anything else from your books. NO DUPLICATE ENTRIES Every posted transaction is fingerprinted, so posting the same statement twice does not create a second set of vouchers. WHAT YOU NEED - TallyPrime or Tally ERP 9, running, with the company open - An Excel (.xlsx) or CSV statement.
