QA Data Transfer Pro is a specialized productivity tool designed exclusively for quality assurance (QA) teams working across iListen and Seoudi Help platforms. The extension streamlines the workflow by automatically capturing call assessment data from the source dashboard and securely transferring it to the ticketing system fields with a single click. Key Features: - Real-time QA Score Calculator: Instantly computes overall scores based on customized QA parameters (CTC, CTB, NC). - Smart Auto-Fill: Eliminates manual copy-pasting by populating complex text fields, dropdowns, and calendar widgets dynamically. - Validation Safe: Implements an aggressive dropdown selection simulator to ensure compliance with the target system's validation rules. - Local Storage Queue: Safely stores pending call data locally until the destination form is fully loaded. How to use: 1. Open the call evaluation page on iListen. 2. Use the modern embedded QA panel to adjust your parameters. 3. Click "Transfer Data" to automatically open the ticketing form with pre-filled details.
