SuiteKeeper helps NetSuite administrators, developers, consultants, and business analysts document the customizations they create and maintain. Keep fields, records, workflows, scripts, saved searches, and other implementation details organized by project. Capture information from supported NetSuite setup pages, track changes, and export your inventory for developer handoffs, testing, and project documentation. ORGANIZE YOUR NETSUITE WORK • Create separate projects for implementations, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance. • Track 34 object types, including fields, records, scripts, deployments, workflows, saved searches, forms, templates, roles, and integrations. • Record names, script/field IDs, internal IDs, object subtypes, and applicable records. • Keep field categories—such as Transaction Body or Item—separate from data types such as Checkbox or List/Record. • Add descriptions, change notes, dependencies, owners, tags, account details, and environments. • Track progress with statuses, search your inventory, and filter by project or object type. CAPTURE DETAILS WHILE YOU WORK Use the “Save to SuiteKeeper” button on supported NetSuite setup pages to capture available information automatically. Choose Quick Save to select or create a project and save immediately, or review the captured information in the side panel before saving. Move the capture button around the screen or hide it and use toolbar capture instead. Capture reads supported page details without submitting NetSuite forms or changing account objects. Available information varies by page; you can edit saved details and manually document additional object types. EXPORT AND SHARE • Export your inventory to CSV for spreadsheets or Word documents with formatted tables. • Select the columns and items to include. • Include developer details, notes, dependencies, and captured configuration. • Download and import JSON backups of your projects and inventory. • Review the most recent 25 saved edits for each item. WORK YOUR WAY Choose light, dark, or system appearance. Use the workspace beside NetSuite in Chrome’s side panel or open it in a full tab. COMPATIBILITY SuiteKeeper is designed to work alongside NetSuite Full Tools. Its on-page controls use isolated styles and event handling, and it does not change Full Tools’ menus, language, or preferences. Compatibility has been tested with NetSuite Full Tools 7.1.1 in controlled Chrome tests. Behavior can vary across NetSuite pages and extension versions. Requires Chrome 116 or later. LOCAL STORAGE AND PRIVACY Your inventory is stored locally in your Chrome profile. SuiteKeeper does not send your project inventory to an external service or include analytics. Data does not automatically sync between computers or Chrome profiles. Use JSON backups to keep a separate copy of your work, especially before removing the extension or changing profiles.
