SubTheater

SubTheater: The Ultimate Reddit Video Experience 📽️ Stop scrolling. Start watching. Reddit has some of the best video content on the internet, but the viewing experience hasn't changed in a decade. Small players, distracting sidebars, and the constant need to click "Next" ruin the flow. SubTheater transforms any subreddit into a stunning, immersive, vertical-scrolling theater mode. Inspired by the fluidity of TikTok and the power of professional media players, SubTheater is the upgrade your Reddit feed deserves. 🚀 Why you’ll love SubTheater: * 🪄 Hands-Free Auto-Scroll: The "Set it and forget it" mode. SubTheater automatically detects when a video ends and smoothly scrolls to the next one. Perfect for watching while you eat, cook, or work. * 🔲 Native Picture-in-Picture (PiP): Pop any video out into a floating window. Browse other subreddits or even switch to a different browser tab without ever missing a second of the action. * ⏩ Total Speed Control: Cycle through 0.5x, 1x, 1.5x, and 2x speeds. Slow down complex tutorial steps in r/GifRecipes or speed up long clips in r/PublicFreakout. * ⏱️ TikTok-Style Progress Scrubber: Don't let Reddit's UI hide the timeline. Use our sleek, always-visible bottom scrubber to skip exactly to the "good part" with pixel-perfect precision. * 💬 Immersive Split-View: Watch the video on the left while reading the top comments on the right. SubTheater even renders Reddit Markdown and inline GIFs, so you get the full conversation without the clutter. * 🎵 Global Audio Sync: Advanced synchronization ensures that video and audio stay perfectly aligned, even during high-speed playback or rapid scrubbing. 📖 How it works: 1. Navigate to your favorite media-heavy subreddit (like r/oddlysatisfying, r/Aww, or r/Cooking). 2. Click the "▶️ Enter Theater Mode" button that appears at the bottom of your screen. 3. Enjoy an endless, distraction-free feed of high-quality content. --- Privacy First: SubTheater is lightweight and respects your privacy.
