Steam Market Item Price Tracker

Steam shows you prices. It doesn't show you when to buy, when to sell, or how much you'll actually pocket after fees. That's the gap this extension fills. Steam Market Item Price Tracker watches your items around the clock — monitoring buy orders, sell listings, volumes, and spreads across the entire Steam Community Market. The moment any metric crosses your threshold, you get a notification. Combined with a built-in arbitrage calculator that accounts for every Steam fee down to the cent, you always know your real profit before you commit. ## 📈 PRICE HISTORY — SEE WHERE PRICES HAVE BEEN Prices right now are only half the picture. Enable per-item price history to record buy order and sell listing changes over time, stored locally in your browser. View 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, or full-range charts with dual Y-axis for price and quantity. A mini trend chart appears right on the listing page so you can spot patterns at a glance. Configure retention from 30 to 180 days — your data, your rules. ## 🔔 6 ALARM TYPES — EVERY ANGLE COVERED Most trackers only watch prices. This one watches the entire order book: - **Buy price alerts** — get notified when buy order prices cross your upper or lower thresholds - **Sell price alerts** — track listing price movements in both directions - **Buy volume alerts** — rising demand often leads price. Catch it early - **Sell volume alerts** — shrinking supply means fewer sellers. Act before the squeeze - **Spread alerts** — the tighter the spread, the more liquid the market. Know when conditions are ideal - **Arbitrage alerts** — set a minimum profit percentage after all fees. Get notified when a trade turns profitable Every alarm supports independent upper and lower bounds. Breached thresholds light up in red. One click on the Adjust button snaps them to current values — no manual re-entry. ## 💰 LIVE ARBITRAGE CALCULATOR Real-time profit math on every tracked item. Steam's fee structure isn't obvious — 5% Steam fee plus 10% publisher fee, both floor-rounded with minimums. This calculator handles it all correctly and shows you the exact net profit amount and percentage. No spreadsheets, no guessing. ## 📊 LIVE DATA RIGHT ON THE LISTING PAGE An expandable panel injected directly into Steam Market listing pages: - Current buy and sell prices, updated in real time via XHR interception - Live buy/sell volume pulled from Steam's histogram API - Full arbitrage breakdown with fee details - Mini price history chart showing the 7-day trend - Auto-expand option — the panel opens automatically when you visit a tracked item - Always-show arbitrage mode — profit data visible even when the panel is collapsed ## 🎒 TRACK FROM YOUR INVENTORY Every marketable item in your Steam inventory gets a "Track on Market" button. One click starts tracking — no need to navigate to the market page, search for it, or copy-paste names. The button updates live as you browse inventory panels across any game. ## 🔍 SEARCH PAGE AWARENESS Already tracking an item? A "Tracking" badge appears next to it in Steam Market search results. Hover for a quick alarm summary. Click to jump straight to the tracking panel. You'll never accidentally duplicate a tracked item or lose track of what you're watching. ## 🔔 NOTIFICATIONS THAT RESPECT YOUR ATTENTION - Desktop alerts for all 6 alarm types - **Smart suppression** — if the item's page is already open in a tab, the desktop notification stays silent - Click any notification to open the listing page and scroll directly to the panel - Batch open — launch all pending notifications at once - Badge counter on the extension icon shows unread alerts at a glance ## 📋 FULL TRACKING DASHBOARD A dedicated management page for your entire watchlist: - All items in a searchable, filterable table - Grouped by game with collapsible sections - Edit thresholds or remove items with confirmation dialogs - Quick-access links to price history for items with history enabled - See every active alarm at a glance ## ⚙️ YOUR SETTINGS, YOUR WAY - **Check interval** — as fast as every 5 seconds, scales with your item count - **Price step** — customize the increment/decrement for alarm threshold inputs - **History retention** — keep price history for 30, 60, 90, or 180 days - **Enable History by Default** — new items automatically start recording price history - **Feature toggles** — independently control search badges, inventory buttons, listing panel, arbitrage display, auto-expand, and always-show arbitrage - **Currency & country** — match your Steam wallet for accurate pricing - **Export / Import** — full JSON backup. Move your tracking list between machines or keep a safety copy ## 🌐 27 LANGUAGES English · Türkçe · Deutsch · Français · Español · Português · Русский · 中文 · 日本語 · 한국어 · Polski · Italiano · Nederlands · Magyar · Norsk · Dansk · Suomi · Română · Čeština · Ελληνικά · Български · Українська · ไทย and more.
