STARselect

Score the applicant on the page you're viewing, against one of your STARselect vacancies. STARselect: the detective work, done for you. It is recruitment software and an applicant tracking system for recruitment agencies and employers, and it drives every step, from the role description to the hire. It scores and ranks every applicant against your role description, with the reasons. It investigates the claims in the CVs you choose, with up to 10 evidence-based questions to test them. It combines the CV, a cover sheet, the score, the evidence check and the pre-screen answers into one document, ready to send. And it runs pre-screens, STAR interview guides and reference checks along the way. The browser extension brings the scoring into your job board or browser-based ATS, with no ATS to connect and no switching between systems. It works on SEEK and browser-based ATS pages. How it works • Click the STARselect icon in the toolbar to open the panel, and choose a vacancy. Where it can, the panel recognises the vacancy a page is for. • On a candidate's page, right-click and choose "Rank this page with STARselect" (or press Alt+Shift+S), then press "Rank this candidate". • They're scored against your role description, with a reason from the CV for each criterion, and added to the vacancy's pipeline. • On a list of applicants with several CV links, "Rank each CV separately" ranks every ticked file as its own person. • A job that isn't in STARselect yet? "Add role description to STARselect" reads the job ad on the page and creates the vacancy with its must-haves filled in. • Drop CV files from your computer into the panel too. • Say or type commands such as "read this page" or "rank this candidate". Each candidate ranked counts towards your plan's CVs ranked or scored. Your privacy Pages are only read when you ask. The extension asks for no access to sites up front: your browser grants it for one tab when you right-click or use the shortcut, or for a whole site only if you choose "Always allow". It never reads LinkedIn pages. You need a STARselect account. Your first month of Professional is A$50 plus GST: half price, so you can see the detective work on real vacancies of your own.
