SquareVid Lite

Make a square MP4 from a video file on your device. Choose a file, adjust the square crop with a live preview, select an available output size, and save the finished video to Downloads. Features: - Import common video files, including MP4, MOV, WebM, and MKV. - Reposition and zoom the crop while previewing the result. - Choose 480p or 720p when that size is supported by your device. - Keep source audio when the source and browser support it. - Export a checked square MP4 and save it through Chrome Downloads. - Use the editor in a Chrome side panel or a separate window. SquareVid Lite processes the selected video on your device. The extension does not upload video files to a server. A local working copy and project settings remain in browser storage until you replace or clear the project. Downloaded videos remain in your Downloads folder until you remove them. Requires Chrome 142 or later. Available output sizes and audio support depend on your device and browser.
