The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Sprint — Gentle Focus Timer
Sprint is a calm focus timer that lives in your toolbar: pick a session length, press start, and get a gentle, non-blocking reminder if you wander onto a site you've flagged as distracting.
WHAT IT DOES
- One-click focus sprints: 25 or 45-minute presets, or any custom length up to 3 hours
- Live countdown right in the popup, with a clear start/stop control
- Flag the sites that pull you away; if you open one mid-sprint, a soft banner reminds you a session is running — it never blocks the page, closes tabs, or interrupts your work
- Tracks today's focused minutes and your day-over-day streak
- A simple chart in the popup shows your recent focus history at a glance
- Manage your flagged-sites list and preferences on a clean Options page
HOW IT WORKS
Sprint keeps time with the browser's alarms API and saves your sessions using the storage permission. Its content script does exactly one thing: it checks the page's hostname against your own flagged list and, when a sprint is running, shows the gentle banner. It never reads or collects page content.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Sprint makes no network calls. Sessions, streaks, and your flagged-sites list live entirely in your browser's local storage — no account, no sign-in, no analytics, nothing ever leaves your machine.
