Spoiler Guard Learning Tool

Desktop Spoiler Guard Learning Tool — Reading Ruler & Focus Bar Hold your place on the page and hide spoilers below while you study, read, or work through exercises. A translucent reading bar follows your cursor, letting you focus on one section at a time without accidentally glimpsing what's below. FEATURES • Keyboard shortcut: Alt+X to toggle on/off • Reading ruler / reading guide bar that follows your mouse • Adjustable bar height (4 px hairline up to full-screen) • Adjustable bar darkness (light tint to solid block) • Settings saved automatically — your preferences persist across all tabs and browser restarts • Zero permissions beyond what's needed: no browsing history, no data collection GREAT FOR • Students working through textbook answers or quiz solutions • Reading comprehension exercises where you don't want to see the answer • Coding tutorials — reveal hints one line at a time • Anyone who loses their place while reading long articles or documentation • Users with dyslexia or attention difficulties who benefit from a visual reading guide This extension works like a physical ruler or reading guide held under a line of text — covering the lower half of the page so you can't accidentally read ahead or spoil the ending. Works on Windows. It may work for Mac and Linux.
