Solidarity - The truth: everyone's open to work

You know that feeling when you add the #OpenToWork frame to your profile? That sinking sensation as you scroll through LinkedIn and see nothing but success posts, performance gloating, and that nagging feeling that you're the only one struggling? You're not. Solidarity changes your LinkedIn experience with a single click. Everyone in your feed now appears #OpenToWork - colleagues, connections, CEOs, everyone. Because the truth is, we're all one bad quarter away from being in the same boat. We're all navigating an economy where decisions made by people on higher pay grades affect those who had no say. Where "restructuring" and "rightsizing" are just corporate-speak for lives upended. How it works: One click to toggle on/off Adds the green #OpenToWork frame to every profile picture you see Only visible to you - a personal reminder that you're not alone No signup, no payments, no complicated settings Why Solidarity? Job searching is isolating enough without LinkedIn making you feel like the only one. This extension is a reminder that behind every polished post and perfect profile, there's someone who's been where you are - or will be soon. No one stands alone when everyone's #OpenToWork.
