Open a LinkedIn profile (linkedin.com/in/...) 3. Click the SohamRecruit icon 4. Click "Extract & Preview" — AI parses the visible profile text (and, for your 1st-degree connections, the email/phone LinkedIn shows you under "Contact info") 5. Review the extracted fields (name, contact, headline, location, skills, experience) 6. See the AI fit score against your open roles (Connect / Maybe / Skip) — decide whether to reach out before saving anything 7.
