SnugCV: tailor your resume to any job

SnugCV tailors your resume to the job you're looking at, fills in the application form, and keeps track of every application. With auto-apply, it can also find jobs that fit your search and submit the applications you approve, from your own browser. Open a job posting and SnugCV docks a panel beside it. One click reads the posting, matches it against your profile, and writes a tailored resume in about a minute. The PDF downloads by itself and every document is saved to your SnugCV account. TAILORED RESUMES • Reads the job title, company and full description from the page you have open • Tailors your resume to that posting: brings forward the keywords and experience it asks for, rephrases bullets in the job's language, and puts what matters most first • Never invents experience. Every change comes with a plain-English note on what changed and why • Writes a matching cover letter (one credit on the free plan) • Downloads the PDF when it's ready and keeps a copy in your SnugCV account AUTOFILL (PRO) • One click fills in the application form: name, contact details, links, location, current role • Attaches the resume and cover letter you tailored for that job • Works on company careers pages, including forms embedded in the page and forms that run over several pages • Answers follow-up questions as they appear, and questions you saved an answer to • Never overwrites what you typed. It leaves the questions it can't answer and lists the required ones still empty • Autofill doesn't submit. You check the form and press submit yourself AUTO-APPLY (AUTO-APPLY AND AUTO-APPLY MAX PLANS) • Tell SnugCV the job titles and places you want. Every day it checks company job boards for new postings that fit. You can also add a job by its link • Prepare the jobs you want. SnugCV opens each application form in your browser, reads its questions, and tailors a resume for that job • Answers come from your profile and the answers you saved. Required questions it can't answer wait for you, and what you answer there is saved for your next applications • Check each application, change any answer or leave an optional question blank, and approve the ones you want sent. Nothing is submitted until you approve it and press Apply • SnugCV then fills and submits your approved applications one at a time, in a SnugCV window in your browser. You can watch it work, and stop the run after the application in progress • SnugCV never signs for you. If a form asks for your signature, or the site turns down the automatic submit, the filled form stays open in the SnugCV window for you to finish and submit • When the site confirms an application, the job goes into your tracker as Applied. If something goes wrong or the site needs you, the application says what happened and what to do next • AI answers are off until you turn them on. With them on, AI fills in more questions from your profile and the posting. It never answers demographic or work authorization questions, and you can choose to check each AI answer before you approve • Auto-apply covers company job boards that take applications without an account. Where it can't submit yet, and on other sites, use Autofill and submit the form yourself SAVED ANSWERS (PRO) • Answered "Do you need visa sponsorship?" once? SnugCV fills the same question on your next applications • On a job site's form, your answers are saved only when you click "Save my answers now", or if you tick "Save my answers automatically when I submit an application". The box starts unticked • With auto-apply, the answers you type on an application are saved for your next applications. Leaving an optional question blank saves nothing • Voluntary demographic answers (gender, ethnicity, veteran status, disability) are kept only if you turn that on in a separate setting • SnugCV never saves anything that looks like a password, an ID number, or a card or bank account number. From a job site's form, it also never saves long written answers or uploads • See and delete every saved answer in Settings at any time BUILT-IN JOB TRACKER • A job is marked Applied when you submit its application form, or when the site confirms an application auto-apply sent • Set the application status (Applied, Screen, Interviewing, Offer, Withdrawn, Ghosted, Rejected, Accepted) right from the panel, even on the "thanks for applying" page • Keep notes per job: recruiter name, dates, questions to ask • Everything syncs with the Job Tracker in your SnugCV dashboard, including a full status history WORKS THE WAY YOU BROWSE • The panel sits beside the page and pushes content over instead of covering it • It appears on job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed, on company careers pages with an application form, and on any page when you click the SnugCV icon • Collapse it to a small tab you can drag anywhere along the edge, or hide it entirely • While auto-apply is running, the panel shows how far it has got, with a button to stop after the current application • System, light and dark themes HOW IT CONNECTS Sign in once at snugcv.com. The extension receives a private token for your device, so your password is never typed into the extension. You can revoke a device at any time in Settings, under Browser extension. PRICING Free accounts include tailoring credits to get started, and more credits come in packs. SnugCV Pro adds unlimited tailoring (fair use applies), cover letters, autofill and saved answers. While the panel is open on a job page, it sends that page's address to find the documents you already have for that job. The posting (its address, title, company and text) is sent when you tailor or track a job, and when you submit its application form, so the job is marked Applied with the date.
